Technology
St. Ignatius is committed to integrating meaningful technologies into the curriculum. We invest in making available to students the experiences, resources and connections to explore current and emerging technologies.
To that end, our teachers invest time and purpose in assessing the value of these technologies including: Canvas, our learning management system, the use of mobile devices, online/blended learning instruction, robotics, coding and engineering.

We work towards ensuring these technologies are used with purpose and support our school’s mission and strategic direction. We believe in supporting our teachers to be both enthusiastic and curious life-long learners in a digital age. St. Ignatius is also committed to addressing the gender gap in technology by leveraging the connections we have in the Tech industry through both our alumni and strong network here in San Francisco. We do this in order to provide connections to innovative and inspiring speakers for girls interested in pursuing their interests in STEM fields.
