Alumni Giving

Since the founding of SI, our graduates have shown their appreciation for the lessons learned and friends made by giving back to the school. They do this by volunteering their time, donating to the annual fund, remembering SI in their wills and estates or mentoring and hiring young alumni.

Each year, the Alumni Office raises money for the school's Scholarship Fund through the Annual Fund. Some classes take great pride in having the highest percentage of participation. Others compete to see which class gives the most. All classes work together for the greater good of the entire school community to ensure that SI keeps it promise never to turn away a student for lack of funds.

Some grads look ahead and consider a planned gift, one that bequeaths a portion of their estate to the school.

Others look to donate to scholarship funds named in honor of their classmates or class years.

As you look at all the blessings in your life, consider the best way you can share those blessings with others through one of our programs.

Make a Difference

Dear Lord, teach me to be generous;
Teach me to serve you as you deserve;
To give and not to count the cost;
To fight and not to heed the wounds;
To toil, and not to seek for rest;
To labor, and not to ask for any reward -
    except that of knowing that I am doing your holy will.
