Officer Nominations

Ignatian Guild Board Nominations: Nominations are open for the 2018-2019 Ignatian Guild Executive Board Officers.

Please submit your nominations for Vice President, Assistant Treasurer, Recording Secretary and Corresponding Secretary.

Nominate yourself or another SI mom for a board position. Enhance your SI experience by serving in a leadership role next year.

The new board will be announced at our March Ignatian Guild meeting.  Questions? Please contact Saasha Orsi or Amy Bick.

PRESIDENT – "shall preside at all meetings…shall appoint non-elected officers and chairwomen of standing committees… is an ex-officio member of all committees."

Angela Koros is the President-Elect

VICE PRESIDENT – "shall perform the duties of the President during her absence… is deemed President-Elect for the next school year…"

RECORDING SECRETARY – “shall keep and distribute minutes of all monthly board meetings…”

CORRESPONDING SECRETARY –  – “shall be in charge of all correspondence on behalf of the Ignatian Guild… shall act as Recording Secretary at Guild Board meetings in the absence of the Recording Secretary…”

TREASURER – “shall receive all monies and manage all expense disbursements, working in close alignment with SI Business Office … shall keep a monthly financial statement and present at monthly Guild meetings … shall prepare financial statements for audit at the end of the fiscal year…”

Tricia Mason is the Treasurer-Elect

ASSISTANT TREASURER –  “shall solicit and collect Ignatian Guild membership dues… shall act as Treasurer in the absence of Treasurer… shall be the Treasurer-elect…”
