Wildcat Strength & Conditioning Mission Statement

The Wildcat Strength and Conditioning Program (WSCP) exists to further the mission of the SI Athletic Department: that our athletes learn the valuable lessons of dedication, loyalty and discipline yielding more than just performance outcomes in their sport, but the lifelong reward of pride in their personal and program achievement. 

Program Objectives

  1. Educate the athletes and coaches in proper training protocol and techniques.
  2. Utilize various training modalities to maintain program variety and balance.
  3. Establish a culture that encourages year round training regimens for all athletes.
  4. Instill in our athletes a sense of awareness and appreciation for the hard work and commitment to preparation that they share.
