Class Gatherings
We have just passed through a season of laughing, sharing and reconnecting with old and new friends. I’m so impressed with the high level of revelry I witnessed when I had the occasion to visit a few of our classes during their annual class gatherings over the holidays. The strong enthusiasm from classmates reconnecting was a testament to the bonds we forged as students at St. Ignatius College Preparatory–no matter their age.
Rest assured, those same bonds are being forged today with the current students, young Ignatians being challenged to answer the call of standing for something bigger than themselves and standing tall for the Red and Blue. Pay close attention to the level of noise during the interviews at these gatherings, it’s hard to get a word in over all the laughter but underneath it all you can hear the foundation of Ignatian values that binds us together in a way that can only be the result of an excellent Jesuit education.
GO CATS!
