Final Reflection

Before I went to the Father Sauer Academy I was kind of shy and I didn’t really talk a lot if I wasn’t comfortable with you or if I didn’t know you. I remember when I was in fourth grade, I was in the Spring musical playing the character Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz. I remember how all the main characters that I hung out with 24/7 (because we had practice all the time), were all older than me and that caused me to be pretty quiet and not very interactive. I was way more energetic too and full of energy, and you might be wondering how that is possible because I have quite a lot of energy already. I had slightly more confidence but I guess that when you hit middle school, your self esteem decreases at one point.

Now, I’m somewhat comfortable having conversations with people who are four years older than me which is pretty odd compared to how shy I was in the fourth grade talking to a fifth grader. Overall, I think I’ve changed for the better during my time at FSA and have become comfortable in my own skin.
