Tuition and Financial Assistance
For current tuition information, refer to the SI Business Office website.
After a student is accepted, a non-refundable deposit (which is applied towards the student's tuition) reserves a place in the class.
All scholarships at SI are need based. Therefore, a family must apply for financial assistance to receive consideration for a named scholarship. SI does not award any grants based strictly on merit. Athletic scholarships are not permitted at the high school level.
Financial Assistance is handled by the SI Business Office.
If you are an 8th grade applicant applying for financial assistance, please visit the Business Office website for the financial assistance calendar, information and application.
For further assistance and questions regarding the financial assistance process, please contact the SI Business Office.
Admissions decisions are made "need blind." The Admissions Committee decision is made without knowledge of whether or not a student has submitted an application for financial assistance. If financial assistance is needed, it is important for an applicant to apply and meet all deadlines as outlined on the SI Business Office website.
Do not wait until your child is admitted to apply for financial assistance. Meeting the deadlines for financial assistance is critical. Those families that apply late or apply after the notification date will not be considered for financial assistance. Families applying for financial assistance should plan to file their tax returns early as indicated on the SI Business Office website.
