Student Council
Made up of Class Officers, this group represents the voice of the students. Their mission is to build community by planning fun events for their classes and the entire student body like dances, themed sporting events, Christmas Week and fun field day activities. Seniors make up the majority of this group, followed by juniors and sophomores. They represent different areas of the school such as sports, campus ministry, performing arts, clubs, affinity groups, speech & debate, robotics, etc. We are also looking for energetic Wildcats to lead cheers and create great experiences at home games.
2021 - 2022 Structure
The entire Student Council will consist of 12-14 seniors, 10-12 juniors, and 6-8 sophomores. Two/thirds will be elected by their class and one/third will be appointed by the Assistant Principal of Student Affairs and the Director of Student Activities. Each class will vote for for their class officers and positions will be determined within that group based on the need.
You must be able to meet 3 times per week next school year (schedule tbd) - two resource periods and before school.
There will also be a mandatory retreat sometime in the spring and/or August of 2021.
Student Council will also help plan events and activities such as:
- Homecoming
- Winter Formal

- Spirit Events at home games
- A Night in Vegas
