Fog City Hammerheads

Age Group Team (8-18 years)

The Hammerhead Youth Swim Club is a year around swim club affiliated with Pacific Swimming LSC, United States Swimming. Three coaches work with 100 young enthusastic swimmers. Hammerheads range in ability from novice competitive swimmers to swimmers approaching junior national times. The Hammerheads work on stroke development, endurance training and preparation for the young competitive swimmer.

Swimmers must be at least 8 years old to tryout for the team. Team tryouts are on Saturday afternoon at noon (except when the Hammerheads are at a swim meet). A swimmer must be able to swim three competitive strokes (backstroke, breaststroke and crawl)and have passed level VI of the American Red Cross Learn to Swim Program. All swimmers are required to register with United States Swimming.

Tuesday - Thursday: 6:00 P.M. - 7:30 P.M.
Friday: 5:30 P.M. - 7:00 P.M.

Saturday: 12:00 P.M. - 2:00 P.M.

Age Group Developement Group

Monday: 8:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M.
Tuesday:  7:15 P.M. - 8:30 P.M.

Thursday: 7:15 P.M. - 8:30 P.M.
Saturday: 10:30 A.M. - 12:00 P.M.

Novice Group

Sunday: 12:00 P.M. - 1:00 P.M.

Wednesday: 8:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M.
Saturday: 11:30 A.M. - 12:30 P.M.

Swim Club Fees
$55/month
$25/each additional sibling

Dues are payable on the first day of the month.
