Registration Procedures & Refund Policies

We are pleased to provide you with online registration for all of our Summer Programs.

Read: Please take some time to read the procedures, refund policies, schedules and details about our Summer Academic Programs, Sports Camps and Afternoon Camps before registering.

Registration: Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Once you start the registration process, you will first be asked to make your program/camp selections. After you make your selections, you will enter your student and parent data followed by your credit card or e-check information. Acceptable credit cards are Visa and MasterCard. You will have the option of paying your balance in full or make two installment payments. The first installment is due on the day you register and the second installment will be due by April 24, 2017. Your remaining balance will automatically be charged on your credit card or e-check on record on April 24, 2017. The installment plan will not be available after April 24, 2017. The full balance will be due on registrations made on and after April 24, 2017. Your credit card and e-check will be charged immediately. Parents who have already made full credit card or e-check payments online on their total balance may not request a reversal of these charges and cannot request to be put on installment payments. Parents who have paid the first installment via credit card or e-check may not request to change the second installment to a different credit card or e-check account. Please double-check your selections before submitting your registration. After payment, you will receive an email registration confirmation. Please ensure that you enter your correct email address or your confirmation will be returned. Please wait 24 hours to receive your confirmation email. Please do not register the same child for the same selection(s) twice as you will be double-charged. Please double-check that you have correctly entered your selections and your email address so that you will receive your registration confirmation.

Separate registration: If you plan to register more than one child for any program, each child must be registered separately.

Adding camps: You can log in the registration site by entering your email address and password to register the same child or another child for another camp. You must enter your credit card or e-check information to pay for additional camps.

Registration deadlines: School registrations are accepted up to Monday, June 5, 2017 unless the program is full. Registrations for all camps or workshops are accepted up to the Friday before a camp begins or until a camp is full. Full camps will be indicated as such on our website.

Discounts: There are no discounts for registering for multiple programs. Fees are not pro-rated due to vacations or absences of any kind.

Special requests: Unfortunately we cannot accommodate requests to place friends or siblings into the same classes or requests for specific teachers. Completed registrations cannot be transferred to another individual.

Note: By registering for any program, camp or workshop, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the payment and refund policies.

Financial Aid: Limited financial aid is available. Please email summerprograms@siprep.org to request an application for Financial Aid.

Refund Policy: 6th, 7/8th, 9th Grade Academic Programs

  • If an Academic Program (not a specific class) is full and SI is unable to accommodate a student, then a full refund will be returned.
  • A cancellation fee of $200 will apply to any withdrawal from any academic program after April 24, 2017.
  • If a student withdraws his/her registration from any academic program on or before April 24, 2017, a full refund will be issued. 
  • An additional cancellation fee of $100 will be applied to any withdrawal from the optional Intro to Computer & Internet class (8:00 - 8: 50 am) after April 24, 2017.
  • The last day to request a withdrawal from any academic program is Friday, June 2, 2017. After that date there is no refund.
  • Once you have submitted your registration, all refund policies apply.
  • Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to summerprograms@siprep.org and must be received by our office by 5 pm on Friday, June 2, 2017.
  • Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, but no later than July 28, 2017.

Refund Policies: All sports camps and non-sports camps:

  • If a camp is full and SI is unable to schedule a camper into another camp, a full refund will be returned.
  • A cancellation fee will apply to any camp withdrawal for any reason after April 24, 2017 as follows:

    • $50 cancellation fee each for any one-week morning or afternoon sports camp with the exception of Cat Camp, SF Excursion Camp and Nike Camps.

    • $75 cancellation fee each for Art Camp 3, Robotics 3, CPR/First Aid Camp and Technology Takeover 3.

    • $100 cancellation fee each for all afternoon non-sports camps with the exception of Art Camp 3, Robotics 3, CPR/First Aid Camp, Technology Takeover Camp 3, and Nike Camps.

    • $100 cancellation fee each for Cat Camp, SF Excursion Camp, and Intro to Computer & Internet class.

  • The last day to request a withdrawal from any camp is Friday, June 2, 2017. After that date there is no refund for any camp or for any reason.
  • Once you have submitted your registration, all refund policies apply.
  • Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to summerprograms@siprep.org and must be received by our office by 5 pm on Friday, June 2, 2017.
  • Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, but no later than July 28, 2017.
