The next AALPA general meeting is Wednesday, Oct. 18, in the Wilsey Library. The potluck dinner will begin at 6 p.m. and the meeting will start at 6:30 p.m.
Father Sauer Academy Director Karen Hammen will provide an update of the program’s first quarter of academic activities for the 26 sixth-grade students.
Immigration law attorneys Amanda Alvarado-Ford and Pilar Eslava will present the latest information on current immigration, DACA and DREAM Act policies under the current administration in Washington, D.C. Ms. Alvarado-Ford serves on the SI Board of Trustees and is the parent of two SI graduates. Ms. Eslava has a freshman daughter at SI. They will provide free consultations. AALPA cordially invites all SI faculty and staff members who may be interested in this presentation to join us.
