In this section you are going to look at your elementary education from
grades 4-6 (or just to the beginning of junior high). Please answer
the following questions for EACH of the grades

etc)
- significant events (learning how to ski; mastering cranial surgery, etc...)
- what were your teachers like?
- what was family life like in your household?
- what did you want to be when you grew up?
- what was your faith or belief?
In this section of your 4th, 5th, 6th grades, include a picture of you as
you looked during that particular year (i.e. school photo; Halloween; sports;
vacation, etc...)
At the end of this section please summarize all three of these years (as
one) by answering the following questions as apply to you:
- If your parents were from different religions, were you confused about it?
- What particular ideas about God was impressed upon you? Did you
reject this concept because the idea seemed inadequate?
- If you did reject this idea, did you imagine you had abandoned the idea
of God entirely?
- Were you afraid of storms? Explain.
- Try and list (think for a moment of course) all your feelings of joy,
excitement, love your had toward each person in your life as a school child
(not your feelings now).
- If you were named after someone, what was that person like?
