| Statement of Purpose: |
|
The Red and Blue Spirit Crew made its debut at SI in the Fall of 2005. The R&B Crews' main goal is to improve and support all areas of school spirit by setting a prime example for the rest of the student body. The Crew also encourages students to attend and cheer at all school events, especially sports games. |

| Planned Activities: |
|
- Plan and organize Spirit Weeks.
- Support the Rally Core before and during spirit rallies.
- Lead student cheering section at athletic events.
- Publicize athletic events.

|
Do you have extreme pride in our school? Are you able and willing to lead cheers in front of hundreds of people? If so, then apply for a spot on the Red and Blue Crew! A Crew member is not a fan, but a spirit leader. |
