The team as a whole had a great run at the WCAL tournament although it was an individual tournament. The doubles team of Carmen Lam and Alyssa Chen finished in 2nd place. They played well against the eventual winners from Mitty. Freshman Janice Lam also played two tough matches on the final day to place 4th overall. She played tough against the #1 USTA ranked player in Northern California Girls 16s and also the #9 USTA ranked player in which she took her to 3 sets. Congratulations to these 3 members of the team and congratulations to all for a great tournament. Now on to CCS!!
