- Varsity Tryouts & Practice: Monday, January 22, 2007
- JV & Frosh Tryouts: Monday, February 5, 2007
- Red & Blue Invitational: Thursday, February 8, 2007
Submit Medical Forms to Athletic Trainer’s Office – Forms can be attained from school athletic website. (No one can begin practice without a medical form being submitted for this school year)

Off-Season Weigth Training: Get stronger...Swim Faster!!
Details to be posted soon, but tentative schedule begins June 13. Two days a week. Mon - Wed from 8:30-9:30am in weight room. Lead by Coach Calvello and open to all athletes. If you are serious about improving strength, then its a must. Email Greg for details.
