**SRJC -- Southwest Regional Junior Championship
  1. Gas Can Refill
    Description:
    Pick up gas cans for both girls and boys team at the boathouse on Saturday after last practice. Gas cans are to be dropped off at the Jesuit resident garage in designated area. SI employee will fill and oil the gas cans. Cans must be picked up on Monday prior to practice and delivered to the boathouse before first practice.

  2. Home Race Host
    Description:
    Parents work in a coordinated effort to provide coffee, tea, bagels and cream cheese for guest coaches and parents. Parent volunteers are to work within a budget. If parents wish to provide more amenities, they may do so at their own expense. Tables, supplies, covers, coffee, etc. Keep at boathouse.

  3. SRJC -- Parents Tent Coordinators
    Description:
    THIS IS A BIGGIE! Parents work in a coordinated effort to design and implement a 2 day menu which will include a continental breakfast lunch and "snackables" each day. A total of 4 meals, snacks and beverages will be provided for approximately 225 people. (100 athletes, 115 parents/guests, 10 coaches)

    Parents Coordinators will organize volunteers to make or order and pick up designated items, set up ta2les and coolers, host serving of food, breakdown and budget.

  4. SRJC -- Parents Tent Volunteers
    Description:
    This involves working under the direction of the SRJC Parents Tent Coordinator to accomplish those tasks necessary for running the hospitality table and cooler set up, shopping, serving food, food prep, picking up items, ordering items, breakdown, etc.

  5. Boy's Team Lakeside Dinner on the Friday Night Before SRJC
    Description:
    THIS IS A FUN ONE! Hang with the guys and find out why the coaches are prematurely gray!

    The boy's team has a simple dinner of pasta, salad, bread, brownies, sodas and water. Four parent volunteers will premake the sauce, dressing and cut the salad. Parents will rent a stove and pot, pick up and transport food, and cook at the lakeside. The team will clean up and breakdown.

  6. SRJC -- Judges Tent Volunteers Sign UP
    Description:
    Parents get to see the behind the scenes action of SRJC refereeing. Parents act as impartial judges and timers for race events. Parents work at 2 hours or more intervals, depending on your interest and stamina.

  7. Capitol Improvement Project - New Boathouse Door Sign UP
    Description:
    We are going to replace our old boathouse door with a new steel roll up door. Project will be done in 4 phases.

    • Phase 1 - install a 110V-30 amp dedicated circuit
    • Phase 2 - carpentry prep and demolition
    • Phase 3 - oversee door company installation
    • Phase 4 - finish carpentry, clean up
