A Typical Day at Camp
9:00-10:00 Warm up activities, Sprint technique, Agility, Balance and Coordination (ABCs)
Basic Training Circuit including push ups, sit ups and pull ups.
10:00-10:15 Break and prepare for weight room session
10:15-11:15 Weight Room session includes the following:instruction in all Olympic Lift variations, power lifts and proper technique in other exercises and use of machines in the weight room.
11:15-11:20 Short Break/ prepare for cardio session
11:20-11:50 Cardio session includes any of the following: sprints, intervals, distance (up to a mile timed), relays, obstacle courses and other competitions.
Video and Classroom instruction will also be included several times throughout the 5 weeks , topics covered:
Nutrition, weight management, recovery and motivation.
