Wildcat Readiness Program

Off Season Training Program offered during the school year for all athletes

preparing for upcoming sports season.

Fall Session begins Wednesday, Sept 16th.

No need to sign up, just show up.

Meet in Football Bleacher 30 minutes after dismissal every M-W-F.

Wildcat Readiness Program Overview

Mondays (outside work)

Form Running/Dynamic warm up activities

Sprint Tech and Drills

Agility Drills to include ladders and SAQ and SPARQ stuff.

Basic Training (push ups, sit ups, squat and lunge variations)

Core Work (stability circuit and variations)

Sprints (100-200m)

Stretch

Wednesdays (start outside/finish with weights)

Dynamic warm up

Intermediate sprints (200-400 m)

Weight Room Orientation

-Oly Complex

-Intro to all oly lifts and variations.

Fridays (start inside/finish with competition or spirit activity)

Oly Complex and continue intro work

Organize game/competition(s)

Social: Attend a frosh game at 3pm on following “spirit days”

Fri Sept 19 Football vs. Novato and Volleyball vs. Mercy-Burlingame 3pm

*Mon Sept 29 Water Polo vs. MItty 4:30pm

Fri Oct 17th Volleyball vs. SHC 3pm

Fri Oct 31 Football vs. Serra 3pm
