Typical workout:

 

Jog/Walk to Ocean Beach 10 minutes

Tempo Run on Beach 20-30 minutes

Break/Stretch 20 min

Strength circuit to include rocks, logs or any other "stuff" we find on the beach. 30-40 min

Competition (relays, capture the flag, team hand ball) 40 min

Jog/Walk back to campus 10 min

Stretch 20 minutes
