GENERAL
SAT Workshop: The SAT workshop for the Oct. 4th SAT begins on Tuesday Sept. 9. Registration forms are available in room 101.
Juniors: Your St. Ignatius class rings have arrived and will be delivered on Sept 3rd (A-L) and Sept. 4th (M-Z) at lunch and after school in the Gym Lobby. Please remember your final payment.
Attention ALL Jazz Band members: There will be an important brief meeting today right after school in the Rehearsal Hall.
Magis: Magis sophomores and juniors, please report for a mandatory informational meeting today in the Magis Office during the beginning of lunch. Please see Mr. Jackson if you have any questions.
Attention current Junior girls: This year we have the opportunity to participate in an exchange program with the Kantonsschule Enge, in Zurich, Switzerland. There is one (1) remaining spot for a Junior girl. For more information, please see http://www.siprep.org/exchange/switzerland/ Interested students should respond to the three questions posted on the website and e-mail Dr. McKinney by Friday September 5. TOMORROW is the last day to apply.
To All AP and Regular Government Students Who Are Taking Government in the Spring: If you did your summer reading during the summer and wish to be tested now rather than in the spring please see or email Mr. Zatkin in room 317 by September 22. We can arrange for you to take the summer reading test over the next two weeks.
CLUBS
ALAS: All ALAS members please come to a mandatory brief meeting Thursday Sept 4 in room 203.
WWC: If you were a Freshman WWC Members last year and have not returned a Contract, please stop by the Admissions Office today and let us know your intentions. New Sophomore Applicants: WWC Applications are overdue. Stop by the Admissions Office today if you still want to apply and have not returned your application. Last chance!
Outdoors Club: First club meeting to plan trips after school on Wednesday, Sept 10 in room 301. Bay Area Sports Club: Come to the first Bay Area Sports Club meeting of the year in room 221 Thursday at recess.
Environmental Club: Please come to 203 at recess for a brief meeting.
AAAS: Brief meeting on Thursday for all who are interested in being committee members in room 109.
Sit 'n' Knit: Meeting on Wednesday, Sept 10, at 2:30 in room 203. Everyone welcome, especially "I don't know how to knit" knitters.
Speech & Debate: Mandatory meeting for all returning students Thursday after school in room 213. Bring your parents' letter signed.
Dance & Drill: Do you like to dance Hip Hop? Do you want to contribute to school spirit? Dance & Drill auditions are Saturday from 10:00am to 12:30pm in Wiegand Theatre.
CSF: New eligibility list is posted outside Room 227. Registration will be next week. Listen for future announcements!
ATHLETICS
Cross Country: Uniforms will be given out today during 4th & 5th periods. This is the last day for uniform pick-up for cross country athletes.
Boys
Basketball: Any athlete, who is a Sophomore, Junior or Senior and not involved in a Fall sport, who is interested in trying out for this year's JV or Varsity basketball team should come to a meeting on Thursday at recess in room 221.
Girls
Frosh Vollyball: An additional try-out will be held on Friday from 1-3pm for all freshmen girls wishing to have another try-out.
