Dear Transfer Applicant:
Thank you for your inquiry concerning a possible transfer to St. Ignatius College Preparatory. Our enrollment is closed for the 2008-2009 academic school year. We do not accept transfer students mid-year.
St. Ignatius College Preparatory only accepts transfer students for the tenth and eleventh grade as space is available. We do not accept students directly from outside the United States. It is our policy that all applicants must spend a minimum of one year studying at a school within the United States before applying to SI.
Due to a low attrition rate and a commitment to reducing the size of our student body, we predict that very few transfer students will be accepted. If our attrition is higher than expected, we will consider transfer students for the 2009-2010 academic school year.
It is our intention to have an online application for transfer students available on January 26, 2009. We will also require the following information when you submit your application:
Thank you for your interest in St. Ignatius College Preparatory. We appreciate your patience and understanding of our transfer policy. Please visit this website on or after January 26, 2009, for more information on how to submit a transfer application.
Sincerely,
Mr. Kevin
