Course Status Reports

November 2008 Course Status Reports were posted on Thursday, November 13.

Course Status Reports are only required for students on Academic Probation and any students who are in danger of receiving a D or F. Thus, most students do not receive reports at this time, but some teachers do submit optional reports even for students who are doing well.

Please check our Online Students Records website to see whether your student has received a report:

  1. Go to www.siprep.org/reports and enter your student's Student ID and PIN.
  2. (Forgotten ID and/or PIN? Click here.)
  3. Click the radio button labeled "Current Marks."

A Course Status Report is generated at the midpoint of each quarter for students who are on academic probation, who are currently in danger of receiving a grade of "D" or "F" in one or more classes, or for whom the teacher wishes to communicate a current grade status. Please note that this is a grade-to-date and will not appear on the student's transcript. Feel free to contact your student's counselor if you wish to discuss the report.

Updating Contact Information

If you wish to make any changes to your contact information (address, phone, and email), please use our Student/Parent Directory website (http://www.siprep.org/directory). Login then use the search to find your student. You will be able to edit the information for your student once it is displayed. If you have siblings here, be sure to update all of them. Please use this website for all updates--do not call or email with changes. If you are having trouble using the website, you may contact our webmaster, Tom Casey, at tcasey@siprep.org.
