Opportunities to Serve Around the World
In the summer after your junior year at SI, you will have the chance to apply for the Immersion Program, which gives students the opportunity to live and work in solidarity with the poor in a variety of venues.
Over the past few years, students have traveled to Costa Rica, Tijuana, Salinas, Tacoma, Northern Ireland, New Orleans, Birmingham, Salinas, Sacramento, and East Los Angeles.
These students come back changed for life and many return to these communities long after they leave SI to continue their work helping others.
