Preferred Qualifications for Assistant Principal for Academics:
- California Teaching Credential and Masters Degree in Educational Administration
- Minimum of five years administrative experience in a college preparatory high school
- Minimum of five years classroom experience and/or working with students and teachers in a college preparatory high school
- Commitment to culturally and ethnically diverse student populations
- Familiarity with and commitment to Jesuit and Catholic education
Minimum Requirements for Teaching Faculty at St. Ignatius:
- Bachelor of Arts Degree in the Subject Area
- California Teaching Credential, or Masters Degree
- Significant participation in the co-curricular and Campus Ministry aspects of the school
- Teaching experience preferred
