A Broader SI Family
The SI Family includes the students and teachers and many, many more. About 70 percent of our 17,000 graduates make their home in the Bay Area, and they stay connected to SI through a variety of events - from class gatherings and homecomings to the end-of-the-year All Class Reunion organized by the SI Alumni Association.
On June 4, 2005, SI celebrated its 150th anniversary with "A Day on the Boulevard" that saw 7,000 students, parents and alumni come back to school to see old friends and enjoy one of the best parties the city has ever seen. These people returned to SI because they know that once you're a Wildcat, you're part of the SI Family for life.
